Performance program available for the BMW 3.0lt M3 ( S50 2 Door)
Stage 1
1) R G Motorsport exhaust system in stainless steel and big bore duel 57mm piping.
2) R G Motorsport enhanced micro chipping which also removes the road speed govener.
3) Performance air filter with a fresh air duct from the left kidney grill.
The power output you can expect is +/- 230kw as opposed to 210kw standard. This conversion takes 2 working days to complete and carries our 6 months or 20 000km guarantee on exhaust and workmanship.
The cost of this conversion is R 6 200.00 including VAT.
Stage 2
The stage 2 conversion includes all in stage 1 , as well as, performance cylinder head, inlet and exhaust camshafts. This conversion is not recommended for high altitudes as the air and fuel is not suitable and designated power will not be achieved.
Power output will be 255kw at sea-level. This conversion takes approximately 10 working days to complete and carriers our 6 month or 20 000km guarantee on parts and workmanship.
The cost of this conversion is currently R 27 973.90 including VAT.
Stage 3 is a 3.2lt
This conversion consists of all in stage 2 , as well as, a high compression bottom end of the engine , the existing engine block is used but alternate crankshaft pistons and conrods are added in.
The power will be pushed up to 268kw and will have a substantial torque improvement. This conversion takes approximately 3 weeks to complete and carries our 6 month or 20 000km guarantee on all parts and workmanship.
The cost of this conversion is R 69 013.89 including VAT.
Supercharge options for the e36 M3 3.0lt s50 engine and the 3.2lt s52 engine
The structure of the conversions starts off with a base supercharger installation, which is very impressive and then moves on to the more extreme performance components. These components and component costs are added to the base conversion. The base conversion is known as option 1
Supercharged conversion Option 1
BMW e36 M3 3.0lt ( S50) and 3.2lt (S52)
This conversion consists of the following:
1) Vortech supercharger with a special impeller for R G Motorsport only.
2) Intercooler and pipes of highest quality with silicone hose couplers.
3) 8 special high flow injectors.
4) R G Motorsport brackets and pulleys, which are driven by a Gilmore belt. All components are made from high quality B51 aircraft aluminum and then anodized. Driven surfaces are hard anodized, for wear and tear, to ensure durability over a long period.
5) The engine's compression is lowered to 8.5:1 by means of a stainless steel decompression plate. The lower end of the engine is not opened unless recommended with high mileage.
6) An additional computer is fitted, as well as, a M.A.P. sensor. Also including a boost fuel regulator allowing us to set each conversion up for maximum engine output.
7) Stainless steel performance free flow exhaust system, throaty but still conservative.
8) All oil cooler pipes and supercharger oil feed pipes are stainless steel braided Teflon pipes.
The power will be rocketed to an amazing 360kw and torque that knocks you back into your seat.

Additional Performance Components
Competition light weight flywheel and racing clutch assembly
Recommended on option 1 and essential when using the following competition products. Unfortunately the standard clutch assembly cannot hold up.

High Flow Ally Air Intake Chamber ( Pleunum Chamber)
Recommended with option 1 for improved throttle response due to a smaller area and a must when using the more powerful T trim supercharger.

Option 2
Please note when using this supercharger it is a must that you include our clutch assembly as well as the alley air intake chamber.
The main difference of this conversion is the use of the Vortech T-Trim supercharger and not the SC -Trim unit. This unit will produce more boost 1.2 bar as opposed to 0.95 bar and has an extremely high C.F.M. flow rate. With this option the engine will produce approximately 390kw on the engine and as tested will produce 400bhp on the wheels at sea level.

Payment and booking
Option 1 I will require a 50% deposit when booking your vehicle in and the balance on collection of the vehicle.
Option 2 Due to the fact that the T- Trim unit is extremely special the lead time on manufacturing is longer, so I will need 2 weeks notice prior to you booking the vehicle in, the deposit of 50% will be required at this stage. The balance will be due collection of the vehicle.
These conversions carry our standard 6 months or 20-000km guarantee on workmanship and parts. If abuse is found and proven this will automatically eradicate any claims against Rob Green Motorsport and Auto Services.

RGM Pro Racing Duel Clutch and Flywheel Assembly
This competition assembly has been totally designed, tested and certified to withstand 750 BHP = 560kw
The kit consists of 2 clutch plates of each having six copper button segments. Center plates are manufactured from a Domex compound material with EN 19 drive splined centers.
The flywheel is manufactured from EN 19 material as well as the floated disc between the two clutch centers, material is then niterided to improve wear resistance.
The pressure plate is purpose designed with more clamping load. This upgrade is sold either in kit form with all bolts as well as thrust bearing, or installed.

High Performance Fuel Supply
Designed from all our racing experience. The standard BMW fuel supply cannot sustain the flow rate of fuel required. This totally new fuel supply system is suitable for the extremely high performance engine.
The main fuel supply is taken from a new location on the bottom of the standard fuel tank in the direction of gravity into a bullit fuel filter into a newly mounted high-pressure fuel pump which is mounted on the back side of the differential. From this pump a large diameter feed pipe continues towards the engine compartment into a 2nd purpose built high flow fuel filter. The fuel is then pumped into the engine compartment to a fuel distribution block, where it feeds the main injector rail, extra injectors or nitrous if used. All fuel lines are Goodridge braided Teflon and all fittings are light weight red & blue Goodridge.
