As soon as i heard about a Bakkie that wanted to be featured on my webpage as car of the month i was somewhat sceptical, Cause how can you ever make a bakkie really look that great??, To make it go fast is easy but to make it really stand out in a crowd is really difficult, Yet This man Has done just that, this 2.0 16v TURBOCHARGED bakkie goes great but it also looks simply stunning, i dont think there is anywhere that has'nt been modified!, who ever would have thought a BMW ///M3's bumper could be modified onto a mazda bakkie and who would ever imagine a bakkie to look this good??

Why modify a mazda bakkie?
It's the best looking bakkie on the road "erection on wheels" . According to me it's the best bakkie to style, and looks good..This must be the best looking Mazda bakkie in SA (I Agree)

How long did it take to modify?
+ - 6 Months , I kept it standard with the 160I engine. Eventually I got everything I needed and started the conversion and the sorting out

Why did you decide to dump a 2.0 16V turbo motor into it?
You can't style any car to the max with a standard engine , it's like a gorgeous blonde with no boobs.. The 2,0 16v motor is turbo friendly... Look after it and it will last.. The main reason is for the BMW , Volvo boys with the attitudes

What was the hardest modification to do?..and what are you most proud of?
The hardest modification was to get everything to fit right and enough space to work on it if it breaks..I'm proud of everything on my Mazda bakkie.. There is nothing out of it's place... It's like a swatch, build to perfection

You must get alot of ppl always wanting to race?...do you like to blow them kind of guys away?
Best of all, I don't have to go look for a race.. They always come to me... Especially the guys with the M3, Volvo ,Opel's and for dessert a Mercedes on the open road..."And I do like to blow them kind of guys away!!!! |

Are you planning any future modifications?
Absolutely... Next bigger turbo with NOS... So Logan, watch your ass my friend... I'm coming to haunt you...(Nothing personal...)

What is your next car going to be and will you be modifying it like you did this one?
At this moment I'm more than happy with my bakkie and still busy styling it, so keep a look out for the best looking Mazda bakkie you guys ever seen
